Privacy Policy

AGG Video Studio ("the tool") is a private tool operated by Ali Güvengencer for the YouTube channels he owns. It has no public users. This policy explains what data the tool accesses when a channel owner signs in with Google, and how that data is handled.

Data the tool accesses

• YouTube Analytics (read-only) — scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/yt-analytics.readonly: reports about the signed-in owner's own channel, such as views, watch time, audience retention, traffic sources and search terms.
• YouTube account data (read-only) — scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly: the owner's own channel and video information (titles, descriptions, playlists, video identifiers) needed to match analytics to videos.
• Public YouTube data (titles, public view counts, upload dates of public videos) obtained with an API key, which does not involve any user account.

The tool never asks for passwords, cannot upload, edit or delete content with these permissions, and does not access Gmail, contacts, files or any other Google service.

How the data is used

Data is used only to analyse and improve the content of the same channel it belongs to (for example: which topics, titles or thumbnails led to more viewers). It is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not used to build profiles of viewers. Reports are aggregated, as provided by YouTube; the tool does not receive personal information about individual viewers.

Storage and security

• Authorization tokens are stored only on the operator's own computer in a private folder readable only by the operator, never in source code or public places.
• Analytics results are stored on the same computer and in a private repository accessible only to the operator.
• Data obtained from the YouTube API Services is refreshed or deleted in line with the YouTube API Services Developer Policies.

Sharing

Google user data is not shared with, transferred to, or sold to any third party. AI assistants used by the operator to analyse aggregated results do not receive authorization tokens.

Limited Use

AGG Video Studio's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

YouTube

The tool uses YouTube API Services. By signing in you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service; Google's privacy practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Revoking access and deletion

Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. When access is revoked, the stored token stops working and is deleted; stored analytics of that channel are deleted on request, and in any case within 30 days. Requests: aliguvengencer51@gmail.com.

Children

Some channels served by the tool publish content made for children. The tool does not collect any data from viewers, children or otherwise; it only reads the channel owner's aggregated reports.
